At Kouji workshop, we learned not only about Kouji, but also what to eat in the hot weather and how to cook the vegetables. We made salad with Kouji dressing, pickles with Kouji and Keiko cooked some saute of “hotate like”eryngii, and “neba neba soup ” soup with some sticky vegetables with Shio Kouji.

We had great fun!
